RAW Logic LLC (“RAW Logic,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers visitors to this site. Project documents and data that customers provide to our platform are governed instead by our written agreement with that customer (see Customer and project data below).

Who we are

RAW Logic LLC is a construction software company based in Miami, Florida, United States. For any privacy question or request, email privacy@rawlogic.io.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you contact us, book a call, or otherwise reach out, we collect what you choose to send, typically your name, email address, company, and the details of your message or scheduling request.
• Information collected automatically. This is a static website. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics that profile you. Our hosting provider may log standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to respond to you, to schedule and prepare for calls, to provide and improve our platform and services, and to meet legal and security obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Scheduling and other service providers

If you book a call, scheduling is handled by a third-party provider (for example, Calendly or Cal.com), which processes the information you submit under its own privacy policy. We also rely on providers for website hosting and email. These providers process information only to provide their service to us.

Customer and project data

When customers use our platform, we process the documents and data they provide, such as drawing sets, specifications, and addenda. That data is handled under our written agreement with that customer, not under this website policy. We keep each customer’s data separate, do not share it between customers, and do not use it to train any model. We use AI model providers to process project documents; they process that data only to provide their service to us and do not use it to train their models.

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate, along with access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but security is built into how we work rather than added afterward.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us, or ask how it is handled, by emailing privacy@rawlogic.io. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law, and we will honor those rights as required.

Children

This site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
